Anthea is an experienced HR Director known for her ability to drive strategic transformation, stabilise workforces, and foster organisational growth across private healthcare, facilities management, and high-growth businesses. She excels in recruitment, employee engagement, corporate governance, and compliance, earning the trust of board members.

Some of her career highlights include helping to turn around Draycott, a private domiciliary care provider, from loss-making to profitability. At Schoen Clinic, she was part of a team who successfully launched a new private hospital, which received a ‘Good’ CQC rating in its first year. She also managed the TUPE transfer of mental health services and reduced employee turnover by 10% within 18 months.
