Dr MacSweeney, a Consultant Interventional Neuro-Radiologist, co-founded Re:Cognition Health in 2011 to provide a specialist service for accurate diagnosis and access to the latest treatments for progressive neurodegenerative and neuro-developmental conditions and traumatic brain injury.  Re:Cognition Health has 10 Centres in the UK & USA, where  individuals can enter global clinical trials for new diagnostic biomarkers and emerging brain and mind medications.

The focus Dr MacSweeney and her team of Brain and Mind Experts are deploying on Alzheimer’s Disease (a global pandemic) now includes providing treatment with the recently approved  monoclonal antibodies against amyloid in UK & USA, and CTE (the most feared risk for contact sports), Dr MacSweeney and her team are making a profound difference in two of the most unacceptable medical conditions of the decade.

Dr MacSweeney trained in neuroradiology at The Hospital of Neurology and Neurosurgery, Queen’s Square, specialising in interventional vascular neuroradiology, and spent time on a scholarship at Harvard University.
