Dr George Robinson

Director of Global Patient Engagement

Dr George Robinson BMBS BSc (Hons)

Since joining Re:Cognition Health in 2018, George has been instrumental in shaping the company’s approach to global patient enrolment. He leads strategic initiatives for identifying and recruiting participants across a broad spectrum of central nervous system disorders. Under his guidance, his teams have scaled operations to routinely enrol over 5,000 patients annually across the UK, Europe, and the USA. His leadership is marked by a consistent ability to meet and exceed recruitment timelines, with a particular focus on enhancing diversity in clinical trial participation—highlighted by the rapid randomisation of 95 Alzheimer’s patients within a five-week window to an amyloid-targeting intravenous infusion trial.

George balances his role as a strategic leader with his work as a practicing medical doctor across the West Midlands and London. His career is built on a foundation of rigorous scientific research; beginning in 2015, he published in Biochemical Pharmacology regarding novel chemotherapy delivery techniques before transitioning to a focus on direct patient interaction and clinical research engagement. This clinical perspective directly informs his evidence-based approach to recruitment, retention strategies, and professional stakeholder relations.

Throughout his journey, George credits the unwavering support and camaraderie of the Re:Cognition Health team as the cornerstone of his success. Their shared dedication and collaborative spirit remain the primary drivers of his passion for their mission to advance therapeutic research for patients in need.
