Career History:


  • Consultant Neurologist. Dr Guido Bua is an Italian Consultant Neurologist with broad
    experience in Cognitive Disorders, Dementia, and Neuropsychiatry. He has worked as a Lead
    Consultant Neurologist of the Neuromotor Rehabilitation Unit and Consultant Neurologist
    to the Geriatric Unit and Dementia Service at the Policlinico Sassarese Hospital in Sassari,
    Italy. He has also been the Lead Consultant to the Neurology Service and Neuropsychological
    Unit.
  • Dr Bua is currently a Consultant Neurologist within the Hammersmith and Fulham Memory
    Service (WLNHS Trust), a specialist service for people of any age experiencing cognitive
    difficulties and dementia.
    He has been a Visiting Physician at the Royal Hospital for Neurodisability in London and at the
    Institut Guttmann in Barcelona.
