Reminder:

As discussed on the phone, we require patients to:

• Are 18 to 65 years old
• Have at least 1 year of migraines before the age of 50
• Migraine attacks last about 4-72 hours if untreated
• Have 4-14 migraine days a month
• Have less than 15 headache days (migraine or non-migraine) per month
• Have been unsuccessful with at least 2 triptan medications (for example, triptans did not improve your migraine symptoms, or you had prior intolerance to triptans, or you could, otherwise, not use triptans due to a safety concern)

We will print these out for you on the day of your appointment so all you need to do is bring your study partner and a list of any medications you are currently taking. Please let us know if you have had any changes to your medications recently as this may mean you cannot join the trial.
